Pastor Les was Principal of Halfiax Christian Academy until he left to become pastor of Fall River Baptist Church. After serving as pastor of Fall River Baptist Church for about six years, he became an interim pastor with Atlantic Region Ministries. He was the General Director of Atlantic Region Ministries for several years. In 2014 Pastor Les returned as pastor of Fall River Baptist Church. He has experience as an assistant pastor, and church planter.
He served on the Board of Association of Christian Schools International in Canada for ten years.
Pastor Les is a professionally trained and certified life coach with Compass Coaching International and makes use of his training to assist Fall River Baptist Church members in finding a place of Christian service that benefits the individual as well as the church.
